donaufest 2.0

as i promised, part two of last weeks trip to the donaufestival. i didnt take any pics of the bands simply because i didnt want to run around with the cam, and make my way to the first row.

mr. schwarz in the train.

these two shots should be seen next to each other. i think they might serve well as Austrian archtypes.
this guy was living in the car and lived of stuff people gave him. the clothes he wears, too, are resents.

some views of the FC Krems' stadium.

black Jack.

a bundesheer tent. served as a basis for some performance art, but i dont know if anyone participated, because it took quite a while to do it.

forgot the name of the artist who did those, well, weird puppets/cocoons.
part of the car performances.

then the music started and we started to drink. Stefi was so kind to take us home; these last shots were taken at a random gas station between Krems and Vienna.

thats it for now. my Australian uncle is visiting Austria at the moment and he took a hasselblad 500C/M with him that he gave to me as a present. i ove this camera already: for those who dont kno: it has to be filled with film (yeah, you know film, like light sensitive material), and it has a square format. the next entry will show my new gear, but also some touristy city shots.

Oh yeah, I know "film" though I'm still an "old school-guy". Hey, I wanna have an Australian uncle too! ;-)

I guess you all have been quite drunk at this "gas station". What did you do there? Buying beer? Mr. Schwarz looks cutie, does he has a boy- or girlfriend? Best, Kix Panini
